Sensor Inputs

Overview

Sensor readings are collected on a polling schedule and fed into the control loop. Each reading is validated before use to discard noise or out-of-range values.

Pipeline

  1. Read — poll hardware interface (GPIO / I²C / UART)
  2. Validate — check against min/max bounds
  3. Expose — publish as Prometheus metric
  4. Evaluate — compare against configured thresholds to trigger actor events
